ho capito che sono solo warning,uso testing,ma io vorrei risolverli o aggirare il problema dato che non voglio un boot con warning anche perchè rallenta
Rinomina i file in /etc/modprobe.d/ che generano il warning con .conf alla fine.

si ma sono tantissimi e stanno anche in sottodirectory di /etc/modprobe.d/ come faccio a rinominarli tutti a mano...

Adesso penso sia dura, probabilmente hai messo .conf anche dove non dovevi, purtroppo o lasciavi che il manutentore del pacchetto sistemava le cose oppure con santa pazienza in base agli WARNING dati, sistemavi i file di configurazione
Io ho voluto provare il comando (ha riscritto due volte i file con .conf) e ho ricevuto gli stessi warning ho risolto tutto portandomi nella dir eliminando tutti i doppi .conf (lasciandone solo uno) ed eliminando il file arch-aliases.
Stai usando testing/unstable? Per il momento vai tranquillo, sono solo warning. Entro il momento in cui dovessero diventare errori, i vari pacchetti "affetti" saranno aggiornati dai manutentori.
